About your ERC engagement

The Employee Retention Credit, or ERC, was a refundable payroll tax credit created to support businesses that kept employees on payroll during the COVID-19 pandemic. If Kairos Equities assisted you with an ERC claim, this page explains where things stand and how to reach us.

Where your claim stands

ERC claims are filed with the IRS and processed on the agency timeline. Processing times have varied considerably, and the IRS continues to work through previously filed claims. If you have an approved claim, you may continue to receive your credit in stages as the IRS issues it.

Kairos Equities does not control IRS processing or payment timing. We are glad to help you understand your filing and answer questions about the work we completed on your behalf.

Program note. The ERC was temporary COVID-19 relief. The windows to file new ERC claims have closed, generally April 2024 for 2020 quarters and April 2025 for 2021 quarters. Kairos Equities is not accepting or soliciting new ERC claims. This page supports existing clients only.

Existing client questions

I have not received my full credit yet. What should I do?
ERC credits are issued by the IRS, often in stages, and timing varies. If it has been an unusually long time, contact us and we can review your filing details with you. We cannot expedite IRS processing, but we can help you understand your status.
Can Kairos help me file a new ERC claim?
No. The windows to file new ERC claims have closed, and we are not accepting new claims. This page and our support are for existing clients only.
I have a question about my fees.
