Our story

For years, our founders built and scaled businesses of their own. Along the way they ran into the same frustration again and again. When it came time to raise capital, there was no single partner who could look at the whole picture and guide them to the right financing.

They met lenders who only cared about one product, brokers who disappeared after closing, and advisors who did not understand how a real business actually runs. So they set out to build the firm they wished they had had. One team that combines genuine lender relationships with hands on operating experience.

That is Kairos Equities. We work with business owners across all fifty states, and from our home base in Austin, Texas, we help companies of every size find and secure financing that fits their goals.

The meaning of Kairos

In ancient Greek, kairos describes the opportune moment, the right time to act. That idea sits at the center of how we work. The right capital, deployed at the right moment, can change the trajectory of a business. Our job is to help you recognize and seize that moment.
